The Future in the hands of our Youth – Scary thought.

The young people who casted their vote for our current President-Elect are for the most part, very uniformed. They may come from "prestigious universities" and call themselves the elite cream of the crop; yet they do not know very much about local or federal government, how it is run, or even who their elected officials are. I suggest they do research. Most of them vote based on what the biased media tells them or worse off- who their favorite rap artist or reality TV star endorses. Wake up people!

Pretty soon you are going to wake up and be in real control of your life. I am not talking about taking charge of your schedule, having the responsibility of determining what you are going to do on the weekends, or what homework assignment you are going to actually complete and not push off until the last minute. I am talking about being in charge of our country. By this I mean running businesses, educating our children, operating machinery, managing our money, making laws, etc.

If we "youngsters" are going to be in charge of the country, we'd better get in shape and start becoming informed. We need to be educated about issues and what is truly happening around us so that we make political decisions based on knowledge and not emotion. As more people become programmed into the social hip circle and political correctness, it becomes impossible to move forward and see through the fogginess of the propaganda being spewed out by the liberal agenda.
